How I Work
While there are many approaches to therapy, here are some of my focuses.

Person Centred
Keeping you and your specific needs at the centre of my practice, I tailor our sessions to reflect you. Whether faith based, support-seeking, decision making or anything in between, whatever you come to therapy for we work together.

Values Based
There is no greater motivator than our own values. No matter what a therapist might try to convince you to do, if it doesn't align with your values, it can be hard to commit. We'll work together to determine what your values are and everything else we do will be in service of these values.

Skill Building
Part of what can contribute to individuals seeking therapy is based in a lack of skills in certain areas. In a way that is empowering, we can work to determine where your deficits are and practice building the skills needed once therapy ends.
